Text containing the following escaped signs: ``&amp;`` ``&quot;`` ``&#039;`` ``&lt;`` ``&gt;``, will be processed by :php:`html_entity_decode()`.
These will result in: ``&`` ``"`` ``'`` ``<`` ``>``.

Inline notation

But encoded as ISO-8859-1.
